Having recently taken up his current position at Arsenal FC, David has worked in professional sport for over 16 years. His experience spans a variety of roles that include work with international sportsmen, multidisciplinary sport science support teams, elite coaches and executive management teams. Prior to moving to Arsenal FC, David spent over 5 years as the Head of Psychology and Personal Development at Saracens RFC, a team renowned throughout sport for their strong performance culture.
Doubling in size from last year the Sport Performance Summit is set to welcome 600 of sport’s top performance professionals, with people travelling from all over the world for the international two day event. With an array of performance related topics on the agenda, including data and analytics, psychology, human performance, leadership, medicine and more, David will share insights into some of his specialisms which include values, culture and development of high performance environments.
