Dubbed the NBA’s sleep doctor, Christopher has spent a number of years working with the association’s top teams. Wesley has a wealth of experience measuring and training brain systems, working closely with the MLB, and the third panellist, John Sullivan, works on the psychological side of performance in the NFL – including a number of Super Bowl Teams and Champions. Discussing the future of performance development, Christopher, Wesley and John will take a deep dive into the athlete relationship with sleep, cognitive training and neurochemistry, exploring the impact that these relationships have on an athlete’s performance.
600 of sport’s leading practitioners will attend the event next week. With representatives from over 27 countries and 25 sports confirmed, the summit is set to be an opportunity for some of the greatest minds in elite performance to exchange ideas and experience with peers from across the globe.
