Raymond Blanc serves up insights

Chairman and Chef Patron Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons and Vice President Belmond, Raymond Blanc is the first speaker to be revealed for the newly revamped Leaders Sport Performance Summit, taking place at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium on the 12^th and 13^th November 2014.

Restaurants, bakeries, patisseries, hotels and a cookery school are just a few of his achievements, not forgetting that he’s also a best-selling author with his own BBC television series.  An industry icon, Blanc joins the 6^th edition of the Leaders Sport Performance Summit to speak in front of 700 leading performance practitioners who’ll fly in from all over the globe for the London event.

Catering for twice as many delegates as last year, the agenda for the Summit includes newly added features such as roundtables and workshops to further boost the delegate experience. Already subject to huge demand, Blanc will join the Sport Performance Summit to share exclusive insights gained throughout his illustrious career, discussing high performance in the restaurant industry.
