The Royal Ballet is Britain’s largest and most prestigious ballet company. There are 97 dancers in the company and its repertoire covers both classic and contemporary ballet. As the Director, Kevin O’Hare is responsible for spearheading the artistic direction of the company – promoting creativity and artistic excellence. His colleague, Clinical Director, Greg Retter, works with the dancers to improve their physical performance, helping them rehabilitate from injury and encouraging the growing use of science to help better performance.
Coming together on a different kind of stage for the Leaders Sport Performance Summit, Kevin and Greg will tell all about the environment, training and science that allow The Royal Ballet to sustain peak performance every night and produce some of most outstanding ballet dancers in the world.
James Worrall, CEO, Leaders commented: “We’re really looking forward to welcoming Kevin and Greg to our stage next month. The Royal Ballet produces some of the most outstanding ballet dancers in the world and, as two of its most senior representatives, Kevin and Greg will provide a fascinating and alternative insight into elite performance.”
