UFC superstar Chris Weidman is the latest addition to the Leaders Sport Performance Summit in New York this June. Currently the undefeated Middleweight Champion with a record of 13-0-0, including 6 knock-out and already being touted as one of the best ever in his sport, Chris is an exciting addition to the agenda.
However, champions are not built in a day, it takes dedication behind the scenes to create a winning environment. Chris will be joined on stage by one of his Head Trainers to look at the journey of UFC partnerships and how their beliefs and philosophies on culture, leadership and winning ethos have made them the very best. The session will give you fascinating insights into the DNA of a champion and what it takes to build one of the world’s top athletes.
In addition to this session, the Leaders Sport Performance Summit will showcase insights from the likes of Eric De Costa, the Assistant General Manager of Baltimore Ravens joined by Brian Decker, Cleveland Browns Player Personnel Strategist who will talk about identifying and recruiting elite talent. Another session will look at leadership in a changing world with Pittsburgh Penguins Head Coach, Mike Johnston and Vancouver Canucks Head Coach, Willie Desjardins taking to the stage. They be joined on stage by Ed Hoffman; NASA’s Chief Knowledge Officer, Brian Decker; Cleveland Browns Player Personnel Strategist and many more global performance practitioners.
