Virtual topic-led discussion on support mechanisms for pathway athletes
In this session led by Performance Advisor, Iain Brunnschweiler, we will create a space for leaders in talent pathways to convene and share best practices around effective talent transitions. Our research in this space suggests that this space continues to occupy the thinking of most talent leaders, and a constant challenge is aligning not just the pathway, but the senior environment as part of this journey. We will look to unearth what’s crucial to get right, where the challenges still remain and what we can do to make meaningful impact.
