Virtual case study session on the practical ways you can cultivate an environment of innovation.

Organisations must learn quickly, adapt to change, and stay aligned as new technologies, methods, and expectations reshape performance environments. A strong culture of innovation enables you to move beyond rigid systems, encouraging experimentation, collaboration, and shared problem‑solving across disciplines.

In this session with Performance Adviser Fabio Serpiello, you will explore what you can do to create a culture of innovation within your departments or across your organisation.
