Virtual case study on strategies and best practices for managing expectations.

Performance sport operates in an environment of relentless scrutiny, where athletes and support staff face constant pressure to deliver results. While moderate stress has been shown to enhance focus and motivation, excessive or chronic pressure is strongly linked to diminished performance. As a leader of projects, people and teams, this session will provide you with strategies on how to deal with pressure, individually and collectively to control expectations and keep you on track, led by Performance Advisor Rachel Vickery.
