This session, facilitated by Performance Adviser Fabio Serpiello, will focus on the developing space of technological leadership. In modern day society, technology is no longer a support function, instead a core driver of performance strategy. With the speed of change and technological innovation, there is an increasing pressure on leaders to create processes and strategies to leverage technology and subsequently, make better decisions. Engage with thinking around how we might best do this and what the important considerations are for becoming a more efficient technological leader.
