This session, led by Performance Advisor Robin Thorpe, will provide you with a forum to explore what structures and frameworks you need to put in place to support the process of decision making and what often causes some of the pitfalls you experience on a daily basis.

  • Session Facilitator: Robin Thorpe, Adjunct Professor, Arizona State University – Robin is an experienced Performance Director, having most recently held the role as Director of Performance at the Red Bull Athlete Performance Center in Los Angeles. Alongside his industry leading work in performance science, technology and innovation, Robin has expertise in strategic performance leadership.
  • What to expect: Member Case Studies provide an opportunity for you to delve deep into a topic-specific case study led by a fellow member sharing current thinking and best practice, to help solve shared challenges together. You will experience new insights, and new perspectives over the course of a structured 60-minute session. The call is traditionally split into two parts: a presentation or stimulus-sharing, followed by conversations to reflect on learnings.
