This session, led by Performance Advisor Iain Brunnschweiler, you will take time to reflect on the themes of focus across the space of coach development. Where is thinking developing and what does that mean for how you deliver development for your coaches? Secondly, how are the conversations evolving around showing the return on impact of this work across performance programmes?

Session Summary
  • Session Facilitator: Iain Brunnschweiler, Elite Performance Consultant - Iain is the former Head of Technical Development at Southampton FC. Working as a consultant with the likes of the Premier League and England Cricket, Iain is a highly experienced sports leader with a passion for talent development, coach development, coach mentoring, evolving high performance systems and teams, implementing cultural change and creating direction for a multidisciplinary support staff.
  • What to expect: Member Case Studies provide an opportunity for you to delve deep into a topic-specific case study led by a fellow member sharing current thinking and best practice, to help solve shared challenges together. You will experience new insights and new perspectives over the course of a structured 60-minute session. The call is traditionally split into two parts: a presentation or stimulus-sharing, followed by conversations to reflect on learnings.
