Who’s it for?

Leaders Performance Communities provide exclusive access to job function groups to challenge conventional thinking and raise the bar in their chosen field. Performance science is an ever-evolving field of excellence, and with the desire of most performance departments to collaborate to influence the development of our athletes, this community of forward-thinking practitioners across a variety of disciplines provides a unique opportunity to stay abreast of contemporary performance questions.

This community group which gathers bi-monthly is exclusive to individuals operating in Athlete Development Lead roles such as Head of Performance, Vice President of Athlete Care, Head of Sport Science, Head of S&C situated in the UK, Europe & North America – individuals who oversee the development of our athletes and are influential in developing thinking around performance science in our environments.
