Exploring Our Environments: Reviewing Group Wellbeing & Culture

Based on the first call that took place in May where we took time to assess our current environments, we have selected a topic to have detailed conversations around. There will be time dedicated to hear how others have approached this particular area followed by breakout discussions about your own, and others’, approaches.

The topic we have selected is Exploring Our Environments: Reviewing Group Wellbeing & Culture. Why this topic? With humans being at the epicentre of sporting environments we’re more aware of our organisation and environment’s impact on our people, and the need to support them. A challenge we identified is supporting whilst stretching our people to continue to drive performance.
