This ASCA Accredited workshop brought to you by our Leaders Performance Institute Main Partners, Keiser, will explore the scientific principles and practical applications that are being utilised, investigated, and implemented within the fundamentals of human performance.

We’ll be discussing some of latest thinking that practitioners and experts across elite sport are exploring to deeper their understanding of the mechanics, principles, and innovative technologies that can elevate human performance. We’ll examine both scientific principles and practical applications, and explore essential training principles that form the basis for athlete training strategies, as well as discuss specifics around resistance training methods and the five trainable qualities that impact on performance improvement.

As well as lunch, workshop attendees will also receive complimentary passes to The Sport Performance Summit Melbourne on the afternoon of Wednesday 7 and all day on Thursday 8.
