In his book – Accelerating Excellence – published in summer 2021 King draws on his experience working at the tip of the spear with cutting edge scientific research to reveal the foundational principles proven to drive elite performance and give you a biochemical edge over the competition.
He has presented case studies on his work for the MBA programmes at the University of Oxford, Harvard University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). James holds a first-class degree in Applied Sports Science, and MSc in Performance Psychology, both from the University of Edinburgh.
