Montell Douglas is an Olympic Athlete, who represented Great Britain at the 2008 Summer Games in Beijing in both the 100m and the 4x100m relay, reaching the final in the latter. She won Commonwealth Gold in the 4x100m relay in Delhi and has also competed at both European and World Championship level in athletics.
Montell later became a history maker as the first British woman to compete in both the Summer and Winter Olympics in two different sports, when she represented Great Britain in Bobsleigh at Beijing 2022.
