Neil Saunders is the Director of Football at the Premier League, where he is responsible for the League’s work in the development of elite players, coaches, and match officials.
Neil is responsible for the delivery of the Premier League’s Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP), a long-term plan aimed at developing more and better home grown players for the English Professional Game.
In addition to his role at the Premier League, Neil is an Independent Non-Executive Director for the British Triathlon Federation, where he is the Board lead for Duty of Care, Safeguarding, Anti-Doping and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
