In this Club Workshop, we’ll be taking a look at the ins and outs of creating an effective growth strategy. From working with stakeholders to setting internal targets, learn how different figures across the industry are navigating the uncertain economic landscape. We’ll be hearing about uncovering new revenue streams, maximising existing assets and making the most of budget as we look to explore the challenges and solutions behind successful growth. 

We’re thrilled that we’ll be joined by Vicky Gosling (CEO at GB Snowsport) who brings a wealth of knowledge and passion as she is not only CEO at GB Snowsport but also is Board Director of the British Olympic Association and is Chair of British Surfing. Hear from a leader who’s right in the mix of accelerating growth for multiple sports at all levels, and understand not only the common lessons shared, but the difference in thought required for more specialised disciplines.

Also, delighted to have Steve Elworthy, Chief Executive of Surrey County Cricket Club since 2021, speaking at the workshop. From the IPL to The Hundred to County Cricket, we’ve seen explosive growth in areas of cricket over the last decade – and Steve will be joining us to share his perspective on the ins and outs of how he and his team are working to make it happen. 

We’ll also find time to delve-deep in the practical skills that leaders will need, to adapt and thrive in times of change, uncertainty and opportunity.
