Tamara and Daniel have jointly led the Royal Shakespeare Company since June 2023, one of a small number of co-leadership models operating at this scale anywhere in world theatre. Together, they steward one of the world’s oldest and most challenged creative institutions, making them a rare voice on what it actually takes to redesign, innovate along with protecting standards and culture once you’ve inherited them, rather than built them from scratch. Both will take us behind the curtain on the theatre’s blueprint for talent, and the pedagogical, cultural and strategic frameworks that make Shakespeare the global gold standard for artistic training.
