What’s New for 2026

We’ve Redesigned the Experience to create the most valuable two days in the performance calendar.

A New Home.

Fulham Pier. London. 11–12 November.

For the first time, the Summit moves to Fulham Pier, one of London’s newest destinations for sport, culture and connection. Set on the banks of the Thames and alongside one of football’s most historic grounds, it’s a new environment designed to allow you to step away from the everyday and think differently.

An Experience Built Around Choice

You don’t have all the same challenges. So why should you all attend the same sessions? Instead of one fixed programme, 2026 introduces an experience built around choice. Move between our Main Stage and a collection of smaller spaces. Follow the topics that matter most to you and your team.

The Conversations Continue Off Stage

Some of the most valuable moments at Leaders have always happened in the spaces between sessions. So this year, we’ve created more of them. Alongside keynote sessions on the Main Stage, you’ll find intimate workshops, technical deep-dives and closed-door discussions where practitioners become practical problem solvers.

Learn With People, Not Just From Them

The room has always been the greatest asset and 2026 is designed to unlock it. Across the Summit, you’ll find spaces intentionally designed for catching up with peers, continuing discussions, taking meetings or simply pausing to reflect.

Introducing Our 2026 Host

This year’s conversations will be led by Kate Richardson-Walsh OLY OBE. Olympic gold medallist, the most-capped female hockey player in Great Britain history and one of sport’s most respected voices on leadership and performance. Having captained GB and England for 13 years, Kate understands what it takes to build cultures that perform under pressure. Drawing on her experience of leading teams through triumph, adversity and transformation, she’ll guide the conversation across the two days, connecting ideas from speakers and the room to ensuring every discussion leaves you with practical insights to take back to your teams.

Global Sport. Global Perspective.

The value of Leaders is measured by who’s in the room. By carefully curating every attendee, the Summit creates an environment where senior leaders can speak openly, build trusted relationships and learn alongside peers facing the same strategic challenges in a Chatham House environment.

Beyond our UK members, Leaders from Europe, North America and Australia will share what’s changing inside their organisations, giving you the opportunity to benchmark ideas across sports, systems and cultures.

The Experience Starts Long Before November

Join our new WhatsApp community to know who’s coming, get programme updates and become part of the conversation before arriving.

During the Summit, our redesigned app helps you shape your own experience, bookmark sessions, discovering speakers and connecting with the people you most want to meet. To help you navigate a new venue, we’re also including an attendee map.
