Virtual case study on how to approach leading a performance programme and strategy when your background isn’t in that sport.

Leading a performance programme without being a technical expert in the sport is an increasingly common occurrence across performance sport – one that comes with plenty of opportunity but challenge too. How can you go about having as much impact as possible, in what might be a contextually challenging environment, because of your prior experiences?

In this session led by Performance Advisor, Teena Murray, you will learn from Teena’s experiences leading performance programmes across the NBA, NHL and now in international soccer to hear about her lived experiences and approaches to help you prepare for this transition.
