A premiership captain in his first year in the role, Darcy Moore’s 2023 was more than he could’ve imagined. Having blossomed from forward to defender, the 28-year-old then blossomed into one of the Club’s key leaders, taking the reigns from Scott Pendlebury.
The 203cm defender backed it up by receving his second All-Australian selection in 2023 and leading the team to a thrilling victory in the year’s decider. The ever evolving Moore will be aiming to foster continued improvement from his group in 2024, as he leads the team for a second year.
