Phil Cullen is the Senior Director of Organisational Development & Basketball Operations for the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA. He joined the organisation back in 2016 initially as Director of Basketball Strategy, before moving into a role focusing on basketball innovation. Prior to making the transition into the NBA, Phil served as the Director of Basketball Operations & Player Development at the University of Utah. Phil also has coaching experience, having been the Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach for Grand Canyon University from 2009 to 2012.
