The Talent Journey

Held at the Royal College of Music, Leaders Meet: The Talent Journey will enable you to explore key phases in talent development; identification and profiling, holistic development, preparing to perform, transitions and continuous improvement.

The day will include in-depth discussions with leaders in music, sport and people development, live performances showcasing talent in action and exclusive access to the Royal College of Music’s Performance Lab & Simulation Space, with opportunities throughout the day to connect and share knowledge with leading practitioners across multiple sports.
