A military professional with over 12 years’ experience in the British Army’s Intelligence Corps, specialising in operational and tactical intelligence across multiple deployments. Throughout her career, she has led diverse teams in high pressure environments, delivering clarity, direction and effective decision making where it matters most.
As a former Liaison Officer working with Government stakeholders, Aneaka brings strong communication, stakeholder management and coordination skills, alongside proven experience in building, developing and mentoring intelligence teams from the ground up. Aneaka’s leadership style is a people-first approach; prioritising trust, development and understanding individuals to unlock performance and build resilient, high functioning, empowered teams.
Alongside her Military career, she serves as Head of Women’s Football at UDA Gloucestershire and Head Coach of Cheltenham Town Women’s Reserves, combining leadership with a passion for developing talent in the women’s game.
An alumnus of The Powerhouse Project, she is passionate about advancing women in sport and inclusive leadership. Aneaka is currently transitioning from Military service and plans to study an MSc in Football Business with the Global Institute of Sport and aspires to apply her leadership and operational experience within Football Operations or Player Care roles.
