Paul’s current role is with the Football Association leading on strategy and operations for the Men’s England teams, planning for major tournaments and developing longer-term strategies for developing winning England teams and players. He is also chair of Palace for Life, the official charity of Crystal Palace FC. Previously he chaired the Premier League’s Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Standard club assessment panel, and led the creation of their No Room for Racism Action Plan. He has been a non-executive director at Metropolitan Police and Guys & St Thomas’ NHS Trust andspent 20 years at PwC, the global professional services firm, where he was a partner and board member in both the UK and Africa. He wasawarded OBE for his work in diversity and inclusion in the 2020 New Year’s Honours List.
