Paul Ford MBE is Head of Sport and Former Chef de Mission for Team GB.
Paul is the British Olympic Association’s Head of Sport Engagement and has been a Deputy Chef de Mission for the BOA at four Games previously, including Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024. Paul will be leading the team that develop and coordinate Olympic Games preparation and competition strategies with all summer and winter sports including Performance planning, governance, athlete qualification and selection, science and medicine services, team logistics, training camp operations, media, and commercial activities.
