Rebecca Robins is best-selling author of Five Generations at Work: how we win together, for good (Wiley 2024), alongside Patrick Dunne.
Her work on collaborative cultures and architecting sustained and systemic change is regularly featured in leading reports, from EY to The St Gallen Symposium. She is Founder of a consultancy at the intersection of brand, culture and leadership. She is known for her changemaking across organisations and for her transformative programmes for rising leadership. She also lectures and teaches at leading Business Schools and Universities, including Oxford and Cambridge. Rebecca works with organisations, founder and family businesses across the world, including such as AstraZeneca, LEGO, LVMH, Mishcon de Reya, Reuters, and has a wealth of experience in high-performing industries, and brands representing cultures of excellence, such as Bugatti, Sotheby’s and Steinway. Rebecca’s advisory work centres on companies dedicated to being part of collaborative solutions for change for good, including Quilt.ai and the Chartered Management Institute. Education is at the beating heart of Rebecca’s purpose, having established and led global centres of excellence in professional development. She is also recognised as a leading architect of next generation boards. Giving back to education inspires her non-profit commitments, including serving as Board Trustee and Committee Chair at the EY Foundation. A linguist and philosopher by background, Rebecca holds a First Class degree and a Masters in Philosophy from Cambridge University. She is a regular conference speaker (including The EY Family Office Summit, The FT, The Times Center in New York) and was named in the Women of the Future Kindness Leaders.
