The event will take place on both days in the Mitel Meeting Rooms on the 2nd floor.
Time: Day 1: Arrive 1:00pm, Finish 5pm, Drinks till late | Day 2: Arrive 8:30am, Finish 3:45pm

Partners: Thank you to our Main Partners, EPIC Risk Management, who will be hosting our Working Lunch, to our Event Partners Elite Performance Partners, who’ll be hosting our Performance in Practice workshop, and to Keiser, who will be hosting drinks for us on Wednesday evening as well as the Women’s Breakfast on Thursday morning, as well as to Abilene Christian University who are also supporting the drinks on Wednesday evening.
Networking Drinks: On the evening of Wednesday 7, we shall be hosting drinks from 5pm at the stadium whilst we watch the Texas Rangers take on the St. Louis Cardinals.
Women’s Sport Breakfast: From 8:30am – 9:20am on Thursday the Women’s Sport Breakfast, in Partnership with Keiser, will bring together high-performance practitioners who are passionate about growing women’s sport and access for women in sport, for an opportunity to connect and have impactful conversations before heading into the day’s agenda. All are welcome, registration isn’t needed.
Joining us to provide their unique insight to the room will be Shelby Baron, former Paralympian who is starting a new role at the USTA this week, Hannah Huesman, Mental Performance Coordinator with the Texas Rangers and Michaelene Courtis, Texas Rangers’ Senior Director of Baseball Operations.
Working Lunch: The Working Lunch is a one-hour roundtable discussion in partnership with EPIC Risk Management for 10-15 invited attendees, where we’ll spend some time in small groups, and listening to a quick Q&A to ignite some thought, around the theme of how external factors can negatively impact your athletes’ physical and mental performance and wellness.
We’ll facilitate the discussion, and ensure it’s an interactive and informative hour, which will give you the opportunity to engage and create connections with a select group of peers across the high performance space.
Where: Private Meeting Room at the Globe Life Field, Arlington
What: A roundtable discussion, including a Q&A with former Texas Ranger Pitcher, Ryan Tatusko, with lunch included, focusing on a discussion around how to handle and manage external factors that may be negatively affecting your athletes’ physical and mental performance and wellness.
Who: 10 – 15 invite only, attendees from the event – all who have a mutual interest/knowledge in this topic.

Dress Code:Wear what you’re comfortable in, some people will wear chinos and shirts, some will wear teamwear, others dresses and trainers. There’s no need to dress formally, but do expect air conditioning to be on.

Air travel: DFW Airport, is about 15 minutes’ drive to Globe Life Stadium.
Parking: Parking is now available in Lot W, please email us for a pass. As we previously stated Lot V, please email us again for a new pass.
Accommodation: We are staying at The Hilton Arlington. Other options (although we haven’t stayed at any of them) not too far from the stadium and with availability when we checked: Sheraton Arlington, Courtyard by Marriott Dallas, Kasa Arlington Dallas and Live by Loews (closest to the Stadium).
