Learning As a Competitive Advantage w/ Simon Jones (Session 3)

Our Performance Support Series provides an opportunity for members to engage in a three-part series, dedicated to the ‘how’, ‘what’ and ‘why’ that sit behind influencing a specific element of performance, in this case Organisational Learning. We will explore how high performance environments have evolved and what the contemporary thinking is that surrounds them, with a particular focus of this series around learning. The sessions will be led by Simon Jones, a Performance Director across the Olympic system and other sporting environments. This is the final session of the series.
