Member Case Studies provide an opportunity for members to delve deep into a topic-specific case study led by a fellow member sharing current thinking and best practice, to solve shared challenges together.

The topic of conversation for this Case Study roundtable which will be led by our Performance Advisor Bobby Scales is centred around Change Management, specifically leading change in leadership positions. Before engaging in some breakout conversations around the theme, Bobby will share some stimulus up front around his experiences and philosophy around effective change management.

To be eligible to attend you must work for a professional sports team or league, an international sports federation or governing body, or an academic institution offering sports-related subjects or a member of the NCAA and work in a professionally qualified sports performance focused role. This virtual roundtable would be most suitable for those working in a human performance role.
