EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
When: Wednesday 30 and Thursday 31 July.
Where: Philadelphia Flyers, Wells Fargo Center, 3601 South Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148.
Time: 9:30am (registration open from 8.30am).
Networking Drinks On the evening of Wednesday 30, we shall be hosting drinkswithin the venue.
Dietary Requirements If you have any dietary requirements, please email [email protected].
Dress Code We’ll be moving around so please wear something comfortable. Layers for the AC could be useful too. We’d also recommend wearing trainers, or a comfortable pair of shoes.
Travel
Public transport: The Wells Fargo Center lies at the southwest corner of the South Philadelphia Sports Complex. To get here, ride the Broad Street Line southbound to NRG Station (last stop).
Air travel: Philadelphia International Airport is a 10 minute drive from The Wells Fargo Center.
Parking:Please utilise Parking Lot C and enter via the Premium Access Entrance.
Accommodation Some nearby options include: Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia, Courtyard Philadelphia South at The Navy Yard, AC Hotels by Marriott (we haven’t stayed at any of these ourselves previously, but all had availability when last checked).
