Scott is the Performance Director of the INEOS Grenadiers Cycling team, rejoining the team in this new role back in March of this year. Scott spent nearly three years with the team back in 2016 as the Head of Team Sky Performance Hub. Outside of his cycling experiences, Scott has notably held leadership and lead performance roles at the RFU, English Institute of Sport, UK Sport and Millfield School.
