Tham Wedatilake is a Sports & Exercise Medicine Consultant and is currently the Clinical Lead for England women Cricket at England and Wales Cricket Board.
He has significant experience working in elite sport and his previous roles include Lead 1st Team Doctor at Southampton Football Club, Venue Lead at the Olympic Games as well as significant private and NHS experience in Sports and Musculoskeletal Medicine. Tham currently leads a number of projects across England Women’s Cricket including research and innovation and Women’s Health and is a passionate advocate for driving sports medicine standards across elite women’s cricket.
