Stephen Park CBE has been performance director for the Great Britain Cycling Team since 2017, leading the team to the delayed Tokyo 2020 Olympics and Paralympics from which they returned with 12 Olympic and 24 Paralympics medals. Prior to his appointment at British Cycling, Park led the Olympic and Paralympic teams at the British Sailing Team for 20 years. The teams he has led across cycling and sailing have delivered a combined total of 31 Olympic and 28 Paralympic medals, making him one of the most successful sports managers in the Olympic and Paralympic system.
