Andy Flower is a former international cricketer for Zimbabwe and Technical Director of Elite Coaching for the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB). Andy has had an extremely successful career where he has led the England cricket team to become the number one ranked team in terms of test playing countries in 2011, and was awarded the 2011 Coach of the Year in the BBC Sports Personality of the Year awards. In this interview, he outlines how to coach for the mental side of the game and where he sees high performance for cricket in the future.
