Chris Fagan led the Brisbane Lions to their best season in a decade and now he is seeking to repeat the trick by promoting growth mindsets throughout the club.

With the 2020 AFL season underway the Brisbane Lions are readily taking on the notion that they will be one-season wonders.

The Queenslanders, under the leadership of Senior Coach Chris Fagan, came good in his third season at the helm. They finished second in the 2019 AFL ladder and entered the finals series for the first time in a decade.

That form has rolled into 2020 despite the coronavirus disruption but the signs were there in this interview with Fagan at the 2019 Leaders Sport Performance Summit in London.

Fagan spoke onstage about Brisbane’s remarkable season and here explains why the club’s growth mindset explains their incredible renaissance, which still has some distance left to run.
