Leinster Senior Coach Stuart Lancaster explains why following your passions is the key to finding your potential.

“If you want to be a good leader get used to criticism – which is easier said than done, I can assure you!”

Stuart Lancaster, Senior Coach at Pro 14 champions Leinster, encourages sporting leaders to reflect on ten key points, of which external criticism is one. He adds: “Remember that is it often the leadership that is criticised, not the leader. It is tough and people will be criticising your leadership. Is it personal?”

It certainly feels personal and that is just one of the ten factors Lancaster asks us to reflect upon at the start of his latest module.
