The journey to the Olympic rostrum sweeps up athlete and coach alike. Aimee Boorman is the Head Coach of world champion gymnast Simone Biles, who is set to cause a storm in Rio this summer. Biles’ rise from child prodigy to serious contender has gone hand in hand with Boorman’s development as a coach. Boorman explained to the Leaders Performance Institute how she has grown as a coach while the 19-year-old Biles has matured from a child prodigy into an Olympic contender.
