Leaders Meet: Diversity Series Club Pop-Up Event – Broadcasting & Sports Media Edition

The overall premise will be to bring the conversation of diversity & inclusion to the space of sports broadcasting & media – In front of the lens vs behind the lens vs business/ corporate: an exploration of representation, on and behind the camera and the professional spaces for underrepresented communities in sports media & broadcasting. Looking to explore and discuss:

1. The different roles within broadcasting, and the accountability and influence that comes with
2. Tangible standards to implement in broadcasting/sports media
3. Understanding what ‘normal’ should look like
