We’re hosting a 90-minute lunchtime session that brings together professional team leaders and tech suppliers to explore two key trends: the need for smarter decision-making frameworks in tech procurement, and the importance of resourcefulness in high-performance environments. The session will focus on aligning impact-driven innovation with practical constraints and fostering collaboration across the sport-tech ecosystem.

This dynamic session blends panel discussion, Q&A, and roundtable collaboration, focusing on two critical themes shaping elite sport:

  • Smarter Tech Procurement: How teams are evolving their decision-making frameworks to ensure technology delivers measurable impact.
  • Resourcefulness Over Resource: Why the most successful teams prioritise adaptability, clarity, and value over scale and spend.
