The Performance in Practice session is a half-day workshop exploring the latest innovations and practical skills needed as performance environments evolve, through partner and performance expert stimulus, breakout discussions and practical skills development.

While some people may be more naturally creative, it is a skill we can all build and develop like a muscle. Our brains tendency is to create rules about the world around us, which means our existing knowledge and experience can actually undermine our ability to see new possibilities. In this session, we will introduce five techniques we can use to help us look at challenges from a fresh perspective and generate new options to overcome problems and think innovatively.
