Next on the agenda was a unique session that focused on the relationship between building and nurturing resilience in our athletes, whilst ensuring there is balance with athlete wellness strategies. We heard from the NFL’s first Director of Player Wellness in exploring in how to make wellness and mainstay of your culture and how to create a program that encompasses both mental toughness and resilience, as well as wellness to optimize performance.
