Cortney Rizzo is Vice President of Sports Experiences and Accommodations at On Location, a global leader in premium experiential hospitality.
Over a 15-year career with the company, she has risen to a senior leadership position overseeing global accommodation strategy and hotel procurement for the Super Bowl, Olympic Games and major NFL events. She also serves as a strategic adviser across a global portfolio that includes FIFA World Cup 2026, UFC and WWE, with past experience spanning marquee events such as the NCAA Final Four championships and X Games.
Cortney oversees tens of millions of dollars in hotel inventory, manages over 100,000 room nights annually and leads a team of more than 15 professionals across the United States and international markets.
She has played a central role in transforming accommodations from an operational function into a strategic driver of revenue, client experience and commercial value – including delivering a record performance for the Super Bowl LIX Travel Program in 2025.
Cortney has developed a company-wide hotel contracting framework, strengthened relationships with global hotel partners and helped scale accommodation programmes for the Paris 2024, Milano Cortina 2026 and LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
