Rashid Dadashi is a vice president of Global Partnerships for AEG, the world’s leading sports and live entertainment company. Acting as an internal agency for AEG, Global Partnerships oversees worldwide sponsorship sales and activation for over 130 world-class platforms across five continents and numerous other assets, including venues, sports franchises, events, tours, festivals and digital content among other AEG holdings.
Dadashi oversees brand partnership sales for the LA Galaxy and Dignity Health Sports Park (DHSP), with a broader focus across AEG’s Southern California sports portfolio, including the LA Kings, Crypto.com Arena and L.A. LIVE. He personally oversees $30 million in annual revenue and manages relationships with a roster of premier brand partners. Additionally, Dadashi manages a sales team of two, with whom he develops custom partner programs across AEG’s portfolio. He reports to Nick Baker, Co-President and COO of AEG Global Partnerships.
Dadashi began at AEG in 2015 as an account executive in group ticket sales for the Galaxy, where he quickly distinguished himself, ranking #1 in ticket revenue company-wide for three consecutive years. That early success opened the door to a senior account executive role in premium sales for the Galaxy, and in 2019 he earned a long-sought move into Global Partnerships. Months into the new role, the onset of the pandemic left him as the sole partnership seller for the Galaxy, a challenge he met by immersing himself even further. He continued steadily upward, through senior manager, director and senior director roles, before being named vice president in January 2026, having delivered record-breaking sponsorship revenue for the Galaxy every year of his tenure, without exception. Prior to joining AEG, Dadashi worked in inside sales for the LA Clippers.
Since 2022, Dadashi’s generated $50+ million in contractually obligated income through AEG partnerships. In 2025, he helped drive a club-record year in Galaxy sponsorship revenue, marking a 13.5% year-over-year increase, as well as a record-breaking revenue year for DHSP. That same year, the Galaxy earned an MLS Club Performance Recognition Award for new sponsorship revenue, in large part due to his efforts.
