Sara Arnold is the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships for Chicago Stars FC, where she leads the club’s corporate partnership sales, activation, and strategy verticals, while helping drive long-term business growth. Through innovative partnerships and strategic collaboration, she has helped lead several transformative initiatives, including the club’s rebrand, development of its new Performance Center, and move to a new pitch in Chicago.
A proud Tar Heel, Sara graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill before beginning a career that has spanned nearly two decades in professional sports. Prior to joining the Stars, she spent 11 seasons with the Atlanta Braves and later contributed to marquee events driving revenue around Super Bowl LVII and the 2024 NCAA Men’s Final Four, as part of Arizona’s Major Event Host Committee.
A passionate advocate for women in sports and leadership, Sara is committed to building meaningful relationships, mentoring future leaders, and creating opportunities that elevate women both on and off the field.
Outside of work, Sara enjoys spending time with her husband, Matt, their daughter, Brynn, and their dog, Finn. Whether cheering on the Tar Heels, exploring Chicago, or chasing after an energetic toddler, she embraces every opportunity to build community both professionally and personally.
