Stephanie Rogers is in her third season with the 49ers and her first season as Chief Marketing Officer, where she oversees all aspects of the historic and iconic 49ers brand and fandom development. Her marketing team manages 49ers digital and social media accounts, video production, photography, graphic design, fan engagement initiatives, international marketing, game entertainment, 49ers Youth Football, analytics, and more. Rogers’ department plays a major role in how the Faithful interacts with the team, both in-person and digitally.
In 2025, Rogers led a fan experience transformation at Levi’s® Stadium, with a specific focus on increasing the quality of gameday production. This included a $70 million renovation spanning the gameday production capabilities at the venue. Additionally, Rogers was a leader in the development of the new 49ers App powered by PwC, built from the ground up and designed to connect Faithful across the world more closely to the team and to each other. Launched in 2026, the app was downloaded by individuals in over 100 countries in its first 24 hours on the app store.
After holding marketing rights in the UK and Mexico for several years, the 49ers recently added the UAE to their international strategy. Rogers was instrumental in the team’s bid process, which ultimately awarded UAE marketing rights and announced the 49ers as one of the first NFL clubs to enter the Middle East. In 2025, Rogers’ team announced a first-of-its-kind partnership with the GEMS Education UAE school network introducing flag football into the physical education curriculum. 49ers NEXT GEN, the organization’s free UAE flag football program, aims to reach over 100,000 youth by 2027.
Previously, Rogers served on the marketing teams of the Las Vegas Golden Knights and the PGA Tour.
Originally from Iowa, Rogers holds a BBA from the University of Iowa. She currently resides in the Bay Area.
