Nitish is the founder of Bridges of Sports Foundation (BOSF), which is a non-profit focused towards developing India’s fastest athletes from remote communities of India.
BOSF focuses on creating a hyperlocal sports ecosystem around these communities to create agency and identify, nurture and develop the fastest athletes in India. BOSF strongly believes that there is value in grassroots-based sports for excellence and its ability to create a socio-economic impact on the community.
Today, BOSF has validated their model and has a unique distinction of producing a few of the fastest Indians across different age categories all coming from the same tribal communities of Uttara Kannada District in Karnataka.
