Starting as a cellist in the Annecy, Lyon,and Geneva Orchestras from between 1986 and 1989, Boris began his professional career in the world of music, showcasing his talent and passion for the arts.
Transitioning into the world of technology, Boris joined AXA in August 1991 as an App Developer. He rose through the ranks to become a Technical Modernization Manager, spearheading strategic modernization programs and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.
In 2001, Boris was appointed General Manager at Metaware Technologies (acquired since by Inetum), where he served as the P&L France owner, representing 90% of MetaWare’s revenues. During his tenure, he focused on driving business development initiatives and overseeing major innovative projects, showcasing his acumen in business strategy and execution.
In May 2007, Boris joined Dynatrace as a Pre-Sales Manager, where he managed Application Performance Management (APM) Pre-Sales teams in SEMEA (+30 Countries). His role involved strategic planning and team leadership to drive sales and support customers in optimizing their technological and business performance.
Since April 2014, Boris has served as the Chief Information and Technology Officer (CITO) at Paris Saint-Germain, where he oversees the organization’s technology infrastructure and digital initiatives. Notable projects under Boris’s tenure include:
In 2014, Boris founded the Association of Chief Information Officers (CIOs) of Major European Football Clubs. Through the Association (which now has more than 20 clubs), clubs exchange insights, collaborate on groundbreaking projects, and collectively push the boundaries of sports technology. From data analytics revolutionizing player performance to cutting-edge fan engagement platforms, the fruits of their collaboration are evident on and off the pitch.
