He has built extensive networks within various sports disciplines—football, basketball, table tennis, volleyball—and maintained influential contacts within local and international bodies such as QOC, QTTF, QFA, QSL, MoPH, MOI, FIFA, AFC, IOC, and OCA. Khalid’s education includes a Master of Business Administration from Plymouth University, and Executive Leadership Program at Qatar Leadership Center, and the SAID Business School Leadership Development Program. His responsibilities encompass services, purchasing, marketing, human resources, business development, finance, revenue management, and maintaining relationships with international, regional, and local sports bodies such as national sports federations, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and the Ministry of Health. He developed and executed the award-winning official FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 countdown clock and led the country dressing program, earning multiple prestigious awards.
